SATURDAY WINE FESTIVAL!
This Saturday, October 1, is the wine festival at Tabor Winery north of Baldwin, Ia! the last couple of years were cold and rainy, and we had a great time in spite of the weather. July Picnic - a complete success!
We sure beat the heat Sunday at our picnic at Prospect Park in Moline! There was a grea turnout, and lots and lots of wonderful food! We even had sweet corn - lots of it…delicious! Even though it was sweltering heat, we played ladder golf - a tournament of sorts and had loads of fun. If you couldn’t join us this time, try to make the next one! Fun, fun, fun guaranteed!

JULY PICNIC!!!
Our next picnic is Sunday, July 31 at Prospect Park in Moline. Word has it that Jay and Carla will be bringing their famous sweetcorn!! Makes my mouth water to think of it! Canoe Trip Report!
A great time was had by all who participated in the QC Singles July 16th canoe trip down the Maquoketa River! We survived the 1/2 hour downpour (20% chance of rain!) to have a great day coasting down the river. Check our website for pics. Mardi Gras Dance
We danced the night away to “Lectric Leroy” at our Mardi Gras dance! Many new faces were seen and welcomed.
