Quad City Mallards Hockey Game

Come join your friends for an evening of exciting hockey.  Once you arrive at the iWireless Center, go to WILL CALL window and tell them you are with QC Singles 40 plus group.  They will seat us together even if we arrive at different times.  Tickets are $9.00 each.  This is a members event, but bring a friend to “try us out”.

Every 2nd and 4th Thursday starting January 12 will be our “cards night”. 

The place is Bennigan’s in Bettendorf, the time is 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.  It’s all for fun, so bring your smile and join us for the evening!  We usually meet a little early if you care to eat first!!  Check the calendar for details!

Our annual holiday dance is coming up on Saturday, December 17.  Yes the holdays are here!!!  Isn’t it great?  Holiday attire for the dance is optional, there will be snacks to enjoy, and dancing to Lectric Leroy’s mix of music.  Advance tickets are available from all board members and will be sold until Wednesday, December 14.  Come join your QCS friends for a night of music and fun!  Be sure to check the calendar for further details.

This Saturday, November 19 is the day for our November breakfast!  The place is Denny’s in Moline on Avenue of the Cities!  Come join us for a jump start to your day.  Going Christmas shopping??  You will need fortification for that!  Denny’s has a plethora of choices for you to select your “get-up-and-go” fuel for the day!  We meet about 8:30, order at 9:00.  Hope to see you there!  (Details on our calendar.)

This month’s Sunday afternoon movie is Sunday, November 20 at Great Escape in Moline.  Movie time will be listed on our weekly update.  After an afternoon of shopping on Saturday, you will be ready for a relaxing afternoon at the movies!  See our calendar for details and be sure to watch for the time in the weekly update!

Next Sunday, November 6, we will be celebrating our October, November, and December birthdays.  The celebration begins at 3:00 P.M. and we are meeting at the 11th ST. Bar and Grill.  Be sure to go to the Mound Street room - our designated birthday room!  Remember to bring your lottery scratch tickets for the celebrants!  We’ll have a bite to eat and, of course some delicious birthday cake!!  Hope to see you there!
